Karen ('84) & Brad Radulovacki

Published April 29, 2015 in Friends

Karen Beyer Radulovacki, a 1984 graduate of the College of Arts & Sciences and a 1988 Darden graduate, credits her experience as an undergraduate Economics major in the College for inspiring her family’s gift to support the Excellence in Economics Campaign in the College. “When we think of Economics at U.Va,” Radulovacki said, “we immediately think of the preeminent professors, such as Kenneth Elzinga, who has taught over 40,000 students in Econ 201 alone during his 46-year tenure.”

In 2013, Radulovacki, along with her husband Brad, established the Radulovacki Family Endowment for Graduate Economics Students, which will support graduate student work in the Department of Economics. “With our endowment,” Radulovacki said, “we believe we can support the economics graduate students in their research work and teaching ambitions. Their work will continue the tradition of excellence in economics that is a critical component of U.Va.’s current and future academic success.”
